Leasing - Finding the right tenant for your property doesn't entail simply filling a vacancy, there needs to be the right fit between prospective tenants and the property itself. Careful vetting of applicants, ensuring that the right tenant is being placed in the right unit, followed by ongoing communication, helps mitigate issues and keeps rent dollars flowing to our landlords.
Maintenance - Mattina PM employs in-house contractors to respond to maintenance issues in a timely fashion, benefitting both the tenants comfort and enjoyment of their unit, as well as protecting the landlords investment.
Renovations - From full on renovations, to simplify freshening up a unit, Mattina PM offers in-house project management and our own insured contractors to get the job done, all under one roof.
Cleaning - Move outs/move ins, multi-plex common areas, post-renovation clean ups, Mattina PM offers cleaning services in-house, adding another level of service directly overseen by our property management team.
